Once registration is paid for, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. Like a theater, the conference has a finite number of seats. Once all seats are reserved, we cannot accommodate additional students. Registrations CANNOT be changed from Author to Artist or from Artist to Author after November 23rd. Each category fills quickly, and all available seats are expected to be taken. If a registered student is unable to attend, an alternate may be sent.
